Need a hotel for the Summit?
We have booked a block of rooms at the Redwood Inn and Suites (along the highway between Grande Prairie and Clairmont; 8117 - 99 Street). When you call (1-866-567-2427) please quote "Google Summit" and they will give you the rate of $135.15/night. We have booked 10 rooms with one king size bed and a couch, and 6 rooms with two kings size beds. Note: all rooms in the hotel are king size beds. Regular rates are $179/$182 respectively. It's a beautiful hotel, nice and close to the event.
Custom Google Summit Cancellation Policy (supersedes any other standard event cancellation policy with NRLC):
- Prior to April 1 - 100% refund, less $25 admin fee
- April 1-17 - 50% refund
- April 17 to Conference - no refund
To cancel your registration, please connect directly by email with your confirmation number and/or name to register@nrlc.net.
After April 17th, if you are unable to attend, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. Please advise register@nrlc.net with this exchange. This alternate person will need to provide registration information at the session.
If you are unable to give adequate notice you will be charged all applicable registration fees.
